About The Owner
Houri was originally an old user of outblaze irc.outblaze.org which is currently down for good this time, She has 8 years of IRC experience and is more than willing to help anyone who needs help with just the basic commands.
About the Co Founder
Houri met Hope during her stay in Old outblaze and they became best friends ever since they met, Hope has some experience in IRC use and she would be happy to help those who need in reguards to IRC use.

Requirements for Service Administrator
- Must have at least 2 years of Service Admin Experience
- Knowledable with mIRC
- Know all commands
- Keep General Maintence of the server
- Handle Harassment Cases
IRC Operator
- Must have at least 1 years of experience with being an IRC Operator
- Must know all the commands
- Friendly Polite and Respectful
Help Operator
6 months of IRC Experience and know all of the basic commands.
- Help users get to know IRC commands
- Help Users solve problems
- Report any malicious or threatening activity
- Able to handle stressful situations
